Flyer Design Brief

I would like a suburb report to be created in our corporate colours and branding for a local Geelong (Australia) based real estate agent.

The design should be fresh, clean and easy to read, not to cluttered. I dont want a corporate plain boring style.

All content and details are provided and the below link provides a bunch of stock photos that can be used. If you prefer to source some better images from istock or shutterstock im happy for them to be ripped and used as low res and if you win the job i will then purchase the images and supply hi res.

I have also included a couple of sample reports produced by other organisations and style/brand guides for our corporation.

The word doc attached has all content to be included and also some notes for your reference. There are a variety of charts to be created (all data provided in word doc), the notes indicating the type/style of chart to be used is a guide only. If you feel you can create a better design/layout using different formats/styles thats fine by me.

If you win the job i will need a further 12 reports produced using the style/format. It will be a case of updating the stats/figures for each report.
