Web Design Brief

I require a website to be built around a CMS for a commercial client, an SME in the construction industry

I am happy to approach this 2 ways - either a full site redesign and build around a well known CMS by the successful candidate. Or a page template designed which I can then duplicate and use with a light CMS - I have enough coding experience to implement this myself.

I require a html/css file as the final piece of work,

As you can see it is quite dated.

The design should be quite focused on the images and photos of the products.

This is the clients main competitor: http://www.giraffeaccess.com/ - They are keen to have a site which is 'better' than this one.
