Character Design Brief

We are a swim school. We teach people of all ages (but mostly kids) how to swim and become Water Safe.

In recent times we have evolved into a marketing approach revolving around, "Building Water safety Super Hero's". We would like to develop a Water safety Super Hero character to represent this statement.

The pic attached is a great representation of what we want to achieve but we would like to develop a great caricature of this pic that we can use to engage young kids.
