Logo Design Brief
Update on 28 Jan 2014.
For inspiration please look at logos of famous ballet schools/dance companies like New York City Ballet, English National Ballet, Royal Birmingham Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, the Australian National Ballet etc. Our aim is to be Asia's best ballet school and dance company. Please also do not follow any color scheme or typeface from www.thelewisfoundation.org.
-
The Lewis Foundation of Classical Ballet (TLFCB) was Founded formally in 2006 by Yana Lewis , an AISTD.Dip. teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience in Ballet, Jazz and Iyengar Yoga. We are a premier ballet academy and company in India growing strongly.
We need a new age/modern young and fresh logo which takes nanoseconds to grasp and comprehend and elucidates our professional and high quality of service (teaching), integrity and genuine passion towards the performing art form ie. Ballet.
We have a tagline of "shaping the future through dance" but that is open to debate and discussion.
Please visit our website www.thelewisfoundation.org for more information .The website is also scheduled for an upgrade once the logo is finalized.
Updates
Please go through design specifications in detail before proposing the design. The logo should be modern and new age.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Despite clearly mentioning no silos with ballet figures, shoes etc, majority of the designs received did contain silos. The Lewis Foundation of Classical Ballet vision is to be one of Asia's best ballet school. The logo design has to be new age, modern and elitist and should embody characteristics of Ballet dance.
