Logo Design Brief

I am an interior designer. For the last few years I have concentrated on colour consulting and working with Dulux and my current logo has worked well for me. Can be seen on www.soldoninteriors.com.au.
I am now adding Home Staging to my business and this will be my main focus. Home staging is about styling a home to appeal to the broadest possible market of buyers, highlight the home's strengths and wow buyers resulting in a faster sale and a higher price.
My target audience are home owners looking to sell their property in the next 30/60 days. Home owners who have had their home on the market for a long time and not achieved a sale or home owners who are about to place their home for sale.
I want the logo to convey the sole message that home staging = a sale.
I had envisaged that the logo would incorporate the traditional SOLD sticker used by real estate agents that is placed on a home's sign board when sold.
These are traditionally bright red with white text placed on an angle. An example image is attached.
But I am open to new ideas and options.
I want a solid and stable design, no frills or fluff etc.

• That stands out on websites, Facebook and instagram.
• Would still be clear in full colour, spot colour and mono advertising if needed.

• Color - Red but am open to other colours.
