Logo Design Brief

This sheet metal shop is a new company, related to two established companies. We design and install heating and air conditioning systems, both commercial and residential. Our sheet metal shop, Radco I, Inc., supports both companies by fabricating ductwork and other parts for our process.
The final design should reflect what Radco I does, as well as look like it is related to the two other companies. (That is a roman numeral 1, not an i)
I have attached the two other logos, plus some photos of duct work and coils, for your reference.
