Logo Design Brief

provide a new, refreshed, modern version of the existing logo. The logo will be an update of the attached logo file, and be designed to harmonize with the attached 'Sherpa Leadership Institute' logo. Read branding notes to gain more insight. Color scheme must be maintained.

Goal is to attract Fortune 500 executives. The new logo ideally contains enough white space to produce an 'airy, modern feel'. the effect of the logo should be to build trust and confidence by the use of traditional elements that our customers and prospects have associated our BRAND with over many years.

We are not looking for 'edgy' or self indulgent design style. It has give the same feel that the current logo but with a lighter stroke. notably, the background line representing the mountain can be much lighter and possibly geometric rather than representing the actual mountain profile.

The person in the logo has great significance. Their walking stick and their upward motion help portray an executives climb to the top through upward motion. Movement is clearly an important part of this logo.
