3D Design Brief

I am in the process of setting up a pre-sales website for a new apartment building in North Melbourne, Australia.

What I am after is modern and sleek looking 'artist impressions' of architectural floorplans. Your 3D rendered images should also form part of a video, which sells the lifestyle of Melbourne as well.

No actual video footage is necessary, but all images should be made to move in terms of zooming in/out and panning. Video length should be between 1-2 minutes.

Please use any lifestyle stock images of Melbourne including coffee shops, shopping, parks etc that you can think of. I will be supplying external render images for this project within a day or two.
