eBook Cover Design Brief

The Enclosure by Henrietta Shires (this is the first of the series. Perhaps the cover should say Book 1 of The Enclosure )
Please take time to read snippets so you can get an idea of what would make a good cover. Here's my tumblr http://scifiwritings.tumblr.com/ where the first (oldest) chapters are found when you scroll to the bottom of the screen. The first chapter is titled "The Wayfarer" that was written 20/6/2013

Specifications:
The cover is TIFF (.tif/.tiff) or JPEG (.jpeg/.jpg) format
At least 1000 pixels on the longest side, with an ideal height/width ratio of 1.6.
2500 pixels on the longest side is preferred. This will be an ebook so the illustration should look good as a thumbnail.
