Modern life requires that we often remain still for extended period of time, whether we're on long road-trips, flights or if we have full work days that require we sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time. This sort of sedentary life style can cause stiffness and health issues in the long and short term...

AdaFlow wraps around your leg and uses very advanced technology to create peristaltic motion to promote blood-flow in an efficient way. The device is lightweight (travel size), has a quick response time (it can generate a wave in less then one-second), is programmable, comfortable and quite. Imagine a product has an attractive stretchy neo-preen sleeve, like a back support belt, or knee support brace. It has a rechargable battery and can be controlled either from the device or via a smartphone app. Just to give you an idea of what the product will look like, please look at this product http://www.slendertone.com/en-us/. Our product will be a similar looking sleeve that wraps along the leg.

In terms of design instructions, we'd like the logo to capture the meaning of the word 'flow', 'circulation', health, well-being. The logo needs to be suitable for consumers but also for a hospital, therapeutic setting, as we'll start selling directly to consumers first and later on will try to get FDA approval so it can used by doctors and surgeons in hospitals too. It would be great if the logo can also emit that this is cutting edge technology. The logo needs to work well as a smart phone App and be suitable for embroidery, screen print and digital display on the internet. This product is first of all aimed at consumers that want to improve their circulation, because they have a sedentary lifestyle, travel by plane a lot, or need to stand in their job for long periods of time or want to recover more quickly from sports activities. At a later stage this product will also be targeted at doctors, surgeons and therapists in hospitals to be used for patients with acute venous circulation conditions, such as deep vein thrombosis or congestive heart failure.
