Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my new company in frasdorf called "Thomas Bartsch - Steuerberatung"; I am a tax consultant and make everything about taxes (explanation, delcaration), also finance-explanation. I need a logo in the color blue and white, because this are the colors from bavaria - my homebase. Also in lozenge shape, because this is from the bavarian-flag. The final design should communicate realibility and seriousity also sovereignty.
