Logo Design Brief

I would like to create a name & graphic for a boat. This name/logo will be used on the boat itself, along with t-shirts & hats. The artwork should be whimsical, and nautical in nature.
Idea would be for blonde "Barbie" looking female character holding a wineglass in one hand, and a fishing rod with empty hook in other hand. Possibly fish looking up from water (?).
