Requirements

Must have

• Black preferred logo, needs to stand out and get a message to have people see immediately why they would choose TAXICABS over another competitor, how does it fit in within a price range of the service between $50 to $150 a fare and how would someone be more inclined to share this logo with someone that sees this as unique business and is worth using.

Nice to have

• Keep it simple must have a separate graphic element, this would assist from a trade marking perspective. Simply representing the words in different fonts is not likely to be sufficient.

Should not have

• Considering the purpose of a trade mark application, the stylisation of the brand would not be sufficient to just state TAXICABS. The business card sample is not acceptable.
