Brochure Design Brief

I need a template brochure designed that can be applied for a range of services that I offer to small - medium sized independent businesses. I have a company logo (attached) for Positive Business Directions. I am part of the Institute for Independent Business, a broader group of business people from every type of business imaginable. I draw on their expertise as and when required.
I have also attached some narrative in the form of a tri-fold brochure, but I need some creative marketing input to bring it to life.

Target Market(s)

Small to Medium sized, independent businesses. Typically they are B2B and rarely B2C. They tend to be family owned businesses.

Must have

• It must have the company logo for positive business directions and associated colors.
  Dark Blue PMS 548C @ 100% (C-100%, M 24%, Y 0%, K 64%) and Light Blue PMS 548C @ 50%.
  

Nice to have

• I use a Mac, so ideally the files need to be compatible

Should not have

• I don''t want the design to be old style, this is game changing, innovative and fresh ideas.
