Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo that's very professional, but easy to identify with at the same time. We run a targeted strategy, so I was thinking a logo with an arrow, or something that signified a targeted, specific, highly focused strategy would be well received. Maven Royalty Partners buys investments directly from sellers, but it also an institutional/family office investment vehicle that invests in oil & gas for clients. Again, I'm looking for something very creative, but also has a high degree of professionalism associated with it. I'm looking for options that incorporate the full name but also use the initials as well...please feel free to submit two mocks for both as we will brand most things with the full name, but incorporate the initials "MRP" into other mocks. Additionally, Maven is more of the subject name and "Royalty Partners" should not be separated in the logo. Please do not put Maven Royalty together and then Partners on the bottom line.
