Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a Building/Construction Company in Belmont, Ca. We will be doing work throughout the Bay Area. We are a Design and building firm that does commercial and residential construction. I want to make sure that our design allows people to see that we are a Bay Area company and that it shows the Bay Area/Golden gate Bridge in our design. We want the logo to be very formal since we do quite a bit of High End construction.
