T-shirt Design Brief

I need a T-shirt logo that can be both multi-color and single color.
I want a wakeboarding or surfing bear design - The bear can be riding, standing or carrying either a surf or wakeboard.
It must say "Glass Hunters" & "Diamond Engineering Services" & "Season V" or "Season 5"
The color version must reflect the colors of the California Flag

Ideas, but not requirements:
A large circular gear design around the logo
Ribbon Banner with "Glass Hunters"

I have attached last year's design ONLY as a reference. the new design does NOT need to match.

If the bear is standing on a board, he should have boardshorts on, or he could be carrying a surfboard - The Bear needs his sunglasses

Requirements

Must have

• Must reflect the wakeboard and or wakesurfing lifestyle
• Wakeboards are pulled by holding onto a handle on a rope
• Wakesurfing has no rope and uses the wave behind a boat

Nice to have

• Surfing/Wakeboarding Bear wearing sunglasses
• Possible ribbon banner
• Large Circle/Gear outer design

Should not have

• Not Too overly cartoonish
