Are you wanting something along the lines of the Rachelle Laree design that is on your site?

Also if you have dropbox you can add the larger photo file(s) there then include the link to it in the brief so they can still be accessed.

Do you want informative artwork done for the profile picture as with the Facebook cover or are you looking for a piece with the logo that will compliment the cover picture as you have currently?

Informative would be good, something simple. Maybe a large 20 with the OTB logo intertwined or inserted.
