Business Card Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new aesthetics business in London. I am specialised in Botox, Dermal Fillers & Skin Pigmentation treatment. The slogan is Beauty Personified. I would like some of the writing on the card to be embossed. I would like a very elegant design with the following detail:

1. White and gray scale background. For the font colour try gold OR silver shades.
2. The business involves working on the face mostly. Anything that can be done with letter 'M'? Or any other logo?
3. The front of the card should have Dr Maryam Aesthetics and the slogan 'Beauty Personified'. The back should have my full name (Dr Maryam Osmani), qualifications (MBBS MSC BSC), my website (www.thelondonaestheticsgroup.com), telephone number & email.
4. The back should also say treatments offered: ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS. DERMAL FILLERS, LIP ENHANCEMENT, HYPERHYDROSIS. SKIN PIGMENTATION
