Non guaranteed projects receive less designs and slow submission rates

I've done plenty of non-guaranteed projects and received more than enough designs for each of them. Sounds like you need to change your personal strategy.

If you are recieving good designs then you should have no problem to guarantee your project

I'm not going to guarantee it. I have plenty of designs to choose from and you should have plenty of guaranteed projects to work on. We'll have to agree to disagree.

its very common that designers request to guarentee projects to ensure we are not dealing with time watsters as we have a great deal of them at the moment. Using this website as a brainstorm.

But to encorage more designers to submit, then to guarantee would be the way, but if your happy with what you have thats fine too :)

The design started yesterday. I'm not worried about it. I've done projects before none of which were guaranteed. I have to protect my business in the case that we don't like any of the designs. Get over it. I'm not going to guarantee it no matter what you say. Move on.

but you said you have plenty to choose from your 6 designs so why would you need to protect your company if you already have designs good enough, but i can assure you the designers will move right on by this project.

i withdraw my designs, i can sell this design to an actual serious company, that offers double your buget.
