Logo needed for start up, short term, holiday rental, apartment company / agency / platform in Buenos Aires. Needs to be clean and crisp and portray an image of quality and trust. Our apartment portfolio is positioned at the upper end of the rental market and is so much more than just a one off rental. Check in, check out, dedicated concierge, trip planning service, city insights, guest events, etc.
Unico ( with dash above the u ) is Spanish for unique, exclusive, one off, etc( único )

• Clean, simple, modern, with it.

Should not have

• Palm trees, images of houses or buildings, nothing too literal. Needs to be fresh and cool. Ideally the name in itself will be the logo -no need for extra added imagery. Could play a little bit with the dash on top of the U, but nothing too exaggerated.
