Business Card Design Brief

We need a business card for a small law firm. Your company designed our logo - tree of life - which I can provide to the designers. The card should be on both sides. Use the coloring from the web site (www.DianeDrain.com) and logo (I have several formats). I am attaching the logo, but not sure what format to use.
