Wordpress Design Brief
We offer hosted 'in the cloud' telephone services. Our current site is http://www.carolinadigitalphone.com and the site needs a major work-over. The site MUST BE be completed in WordPress as a template design.
I want this new site to have a warm look and feel giving the impression that we give the best customer service for small to medium businesses. The target business customer is small business with 5 to 50 employees with remote working employees who need to stay in communications with other staff.
Differentiation from our competitors is what we are looking for. We have been selling hosted pbx services for more than 7 years, we own our data center and have been in the data center business since 2000. Here are some examples of what I would like to have as a new web site:

I have engaged Richter10.2 Media Group to make a video similar to this one to embed on our new home page, They did a good job with the copy and graphics on the http://www.Dataglide.com video. This is the video I want them to emulate http://www.business.att.com/content/mixedmedia/VoiceDNA_H264.mp4 Watch this video. It tells what we do but on a smaller scale. We don't have the budget AT&T has to do what they did.
When needed I will engage http://www.textbraoker.com to write come fresh new content work our new web site. That is why it's important that it be a good WordPress template that I can add news articles to for good SEO.
