Web Design Brief

We need a website for a new startup company, which offers Mandarin tuition, translating and interpreting, and travel services. Our company is based in Jersey, a British channel island. We would like a creative and modern professional website. Preferably with some animations. The attached is a website, which style we would prefer:

We have also attached our logo for your reference
We would also like to see designs using black, red and orange, which corresponds with our logo colours. The cartoon images could be travel resorts in China, and the president of China waving to the web-browsers. Of course, we wouldn't wish to restrain the designers creativity. Any creative and interesting ideas are welcomed! We look forward to hearing from you!
