We need a food blog logo design. The food blog is run by me with the input of my mother. The food blog focuses on antique recipes and cooking styles made new. We also include recipes that includes lots of fresh garden produce and recipes that includes herbs from our own backyard garden. With regard to antique recipes, I go through antique cookbooks (as old as I can find until about 1970) and redo them in the modern recipe format. The name of the blog is Pie Bird Cook. You can look up what a pie bird is but it is a vintage kitchen utensil that allow pies to vent heat instead of the excess heat causing the pie inside to bubble over. My thought is the logo would include the name of the blog as well as a line drawing of a pie bird. Not a full line drawing of a pie bird but enough lines to be able to tell what it is. I would like the logo to feel like a marriage between an antique kitchen feel (1950s or earlier) with a modern twist. We want people to feel like they are reliving their mother's cooking or the cooking from their childhood (as if it was a positive experience!). We like the feeling of enjoying nostalgia cooking and bygone days but don't want the website to feel outdated. We are trying to find the perfect balance of antique cooking make modern and made trendy again. But I do like the romantic look of curvy lines so the outline of the pie bird should have a curvy flow to it. Favorite color is green and blue. Or scrap most of this and surprise me. I included a logo from a favorite food blog as an attachment as a possible inspiration for you. Blog background could be white or a light sepia color (like the color of the back of a vintage postcard or old paper. We are open to either, it depends on the logo design). We will be including beautiful photography as part of the blog.

Requirements
Must have
- outline of a pie bird (prefer incomplete outline I think)
Nice to have
- Would be fine with other romantic elements to represent an antique kitchen. Im not sure what that would be. Could be filigree or curvy lines. Other Images that come to mind are a farmhouse kitchen sink or the lines of an backyard vegetable garden. Perhaps a witty logo included. Our current blog header includes the words Cook. Share. But that could be improved upon to represent that we focus on recipes that include fresh produce as well as old recipes.
