Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for the back of a running race t-shirt with other corporate logos ASAP.
I need a clever redesign of my existing logo. Capitol Building, and may include Star Of Texas:

Capitol BILL BERENSON (top line underlined)
Building INJURY LAW

OR SOMETHING MORE CREATIVE THAN THAT

I am a one-man Injury Law business, and this logo will be displayed on the back of the shirt along with a bunch of other logos. Logo color can be altered although keeping the blue is ideal

I WAS JUST TOLD THE RACE NEEDS THIS LOGO TOMORROW BY 5 P.M US TIME. (WEDNESDAY, AUG. 7TH) - SORRY FOR THE SHORT NOTICE. THIS IS A CONDITION OF ACCEPTANCE, SO PLEASE RUSH THIS!

2. Illustrator file
