We are a company in Norwalk, CT that offers fitness services such as personal training and nutritional guidance with a strong focus on weightloss and mostly, but not limited to female clientele. We would like to project an image of us being intense enough for clients who are already fit as well as not intimidating for any older women or feminine for male clientele.
