I need a book cover design for my next book! As a business consultant and productivity expert, I've written a book about getting massive results in your life by making tiny changes that add up.

Book Title: Move The Needle: How to Radically Transform Your Business, Body or Life

Another tagline I'd like to see smaller somewhere "Making Small Changes That Add Up To Big Results"

My headshots/portraits are attached

This should communicate high energy, author credibility and visually communicate a needle (like speedometer, fuel gauge, etc) - but I don't want it to be a specific needle, rather an all-purpose needle
