Logo Design Brief

We are after a logo for our new accommodation business based in Bali, Indonesia. We propose to call the business The Banksia Suites Bali. The name comes from the native Australian Banksia tree which produces a unique flower pod. We require the logo for stationery, website, neon street sign, embroidery and Facebook page. Although the banksia tree has a detailed flower pod we are looking for a contemporary design. We really like the design and look of a logo already being used so here is the link http://banksiafdn.com/ that will give some idea of what we are after but happy to see other creative designs from all you talented people. We have no preference for text but something modern to match the logo but easily read.

Requirements

Must have

• Would like to have the option of including our domain name and address on the logo used for the neon sign and some advertising material. Would also prefer not to have the logo designed with borders which would make it look like a box but have it undefined to use for letterheads and other such applications.
• Great looking text that is easy to read.

Nice to have

• A logo that is suitable for embroidery.

Should not have

• An enclosed box/framed type design.
