Business Card Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a Farming operation. We grow walnuts, harvest walnuts, provide orchard management for customers, lease farm ground, repair farm equipment and prune trees. This is a family owned business with two boys ages 20 & 21 working under their father. I want a design and logo hip enough for the boys but not too crazy for their conservative father. Favorite colors tend to be traditional green, navy blue and grey but not all together and open to al colors.

Let me make my concept clearer - These guys are Ranchers, Cowbolys, true blue collar workers. Up at the crack of dawn, driving a tractor, preparing the earth for harvest. These men work long hours and on big equipment to produce a out of the world walnut. They get down and dirty at their job but know how to clean up and treat a woman right. Farming is their fist love, they know nothing more then digging their hands into God's earth and pouring their sweat and blood into their harvest. Please no more designs with children holding hands in the design.
