Flyer Design Brief

I would like an A4 size flyer which has the same info 3 times and can be cut into three.

It will be used for letterbox drops for new listings (SELLING) and sold listings (SOLD). The flyer needs a heading (as above) and a space for a photo which is able to be changed for each new property. Needs to be blue, red and white. It also requires my photo, PRD logo, Deneille Plowman logo and the following text:

"Are you considering selling? Call Deneille today for a complimentary market appraisal".
