Logo Design Brief

I require a logo for a startup advertising company. We provide touch LCD screens to bars, restaurants, cafes etc. which can be used for remote ordering from tables and which also show advertisements.

I would like a splash of colour in the logo, but the font MUST be black on white background.

The logo should use the text 'Promo-Pads'.

I am thinking along the lines of ripples that spread outwards when a finger touches an LCD screen, but Im open to all ideas.
