Web Design Brief

We need a website designed for an LED Billboard company that sells:
1) LED Billboards (Sales & Rental)
2) LED Gas Station lights
3) Truss Systems (Sales & Rental)
4) Sound Systems (Sales & Rental)

Attached are websites that sell similar products as Better Brite LED. Target market is for business, property managers and event coordinators.
This site will need to be an e-commerce site where customers can purchase the product directly from the site. What I'm looking for is a design layout to start.
