Illustration Design Brief

COMIC STRIP FORMAT
It has to be in A4, RGB, Fully Black and White, only one side

The attached image is a sample on how we would like the content minus the color. Please note that this will be printed in a fax machine that's why black and white color is only needed.

BACKGROUND
• People who meet their preservation age in superannuation(At the moment, 55 for a lot of people), then assuming they are in ‘Pension phase’(Financial Planning/tax term), then any earnings in superannuation is tax free.
• Self Managed Super Funds(SMSF) can buy property(Houses.commercial office blocks, etc…), Dr’s Surgery

SUGGESTION
GP - GP is looking to retire or reduce work hrs. GP can own ‘Dr’s Surgery’ in SMSF and rent part of it to a replacing Dr.

- Rent is tax free
- Dr still own’s building
- When Dr finally retires and decides to sell the building, then there is no Capital Gains Tax
- GP can also include a partner into the SMSF, like a young Dr who may like to own the Surgery as well.
- GP and young Dr can rent the Surgery off their own SMSF

PRELIMINARY TEXT SUGGESTION
So, a good cartoon character type picture board thing could be an old Dr smiling and handing a set of keys to a Practice in one hand to a young Dr whilst the Old Dr has a big key still around his neck(Showing he still owns the building).

And in the other hand, the Old Dr is holding a money bag with a $ sign on it, and under the sign TAX FREE

The catch phrase from the old Dr could be something like……”Like me, all this could be yours one day tax free of rent and tax free when you sell it……..as long as you have it in your Self Managed Super Fund”

And then maybe another picture of the Old Dr sitting in a banana chair type thing under a coconut tree reading a book entitled……..’Tax free money in Superannuation’

So, I tried to make something myself as a start and got of track a little bit as per the attached.

As attached, I have included a brief story board and a drawing.

I have tried to make a comic……so, reads from left to right with margins to make it look like a type of story board.

I just threw in a Medical Centre photo to show it is a building……but a cartoon type drawing would be better.

Down the bottom is AMP formatted text which needs to be on the bottom, but doesn’t’ have to be in the middle.

-Probably great if it could somehow sit under the ‘Contact Michael Lehner box, making it the last box and and the ‘Bananna chair box’ second last(Swap them)?

-Maybe also include my details in the contact box, such as

CONCLUSION
The final draft will need to be checked by AMP for Licence approval, so maybe just a few things to change after it comes back first from Design Crowd

Must have

• Comic look so most people who pick up the one page fax will want to read it, and the clear message is that a Dr can buy their Medical Suite with Money from their Superannuation in a Self Managed Super Fund(SMSF), so a great way for young Dr's to buy a Practice early without having to borrow from Mum and Dad; As well, a great way for the retiring Dr to 'hand over the keys' to a young Dr whilst still owning maybe a little bit of the practice and receiving tax free money from rent/sale in retirement.
• Has to be in black and white as it is a fax.

Nice to have

• My Draft story board only has males Drs, nice to have say an older male Dr and a young female and male Dr, that way even gender in the younger Dr's.
• A color copy for me to email would also be good.
