Brochure Design Brief
HCSS needs a design for a brochure cover and inside page for our annual users' conference to take place in January 2014. Every year, we host a popular users group meeting where 800 - 1,000 of our customers attend a 3-day meeting in Houston TX to learn how to more effectively use our software, network with industry peers, and provide feedback on future changes to the software. The goal of the brochure is to get our customers excited about next year's UGMs, and to sell out the events. (An example of last year's brochure is attached. We are not necessarily looking for something similar. It's just to give you an idea of what kind of content is in the brochure.)
The name of the event is 2014 User's Group Meeting (also known as UGM).
Theme - the theme of this year's meeting is "Where Innovative Software Meets Real-World Application."
Over 90% of our market are males. They are mainly C-level or managers in construction companies. Our software includes estimating, field entry and reporting, dispatching and scheduling, equipment maintenance management, fuel management, safety management, GPS tracking, and mobile apps. Our corporate color is green, specifically PMS356.

- It needs to be very clear (i.e. probably larger) that this is our 2014 User's Group Meeting, and the theme of this year's meeting "Where Innovative Software Meets Real-World Application" needs to be prominent. The meeting name, theme, and our company logo should be prominent.
