Logo Design Brief

Company is called Hospitality Express. We have a current logo but it needs to either be scrapped or completely reworked. We are online only supplying commercial kitchen equipment to start up cafes and restaurants.
I want an upmarket feel probably blues/charcoal or something that works well with brown (but not actually brown) as I want the logo to work well near close ups of coffee. I'd like to stay away from red, orange and yellow. I don't want a handwriting style font.
