Logo Design Brief

We are a psychotherapy practice that specializes in cognitive behavior therapy for anxiety disorders. We are updating our web site and look, and want something fresh and clean. The "feel" of the therapy is to overcome fear and anxiety by confronting it, and transcending it. We function as supportive "coaches" in guiding and supporting people in doing just that. Open to a symbolic representation or a logo using our name, or a combination of the two.

persons diagnosed with anxiety disorders: OCD, phobias, panic, PTSD, their families, and other mental health professionals

Requirements

Must have

• opened minded about this. Would like to have the name or abbreviation of the name of business as part of the logo, but like the idea of having a separate "symbol," linked to the name, but that can also be used independently in other places- documents, web pages, etc

Nice to have

• Something that represents overpowering fear and adversity to achieve ultimate recovery

Should not have

• Nothing that represents anxiety and stress (we've seen a ball of yarn or words that look like lightening bolts)- rather, the focus should be on transcending these difficulties
