Logo Design Brief

We're looking for a picture & text logo for a new coworking space called Fairmount Co-op. Our space's design is urban rustic with some hints of farming and we're looking for a logo to match.

For the picture, we're looking for a farm animal with a human element. We've thought about a suit, monocle, or top hat, but will welcome other ideas! See attached files for examples.

The text needs to be able to stand alone. This will be painted on the side of the building so it needs to be simple and able to work in that context.

Can do multiple colors but ideally would work as a single color as well.
