Please try some "Art Deco" fonts and flair and warm florida colors, maybe palm trees.
Needs to be commercial business professional - can't look like a beach gift shop.
I've noticed "Florida" looks good but "Commercial Property" is too small to read in many of the drafts. No residential house roof images please.
