Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Wordpress design only

The current budget suffices for 3-4 pages design with CSS only - no shopping or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it
