Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for product called "Naptitude". We develop mobile application for education sector and Naptitude is the first product line. The logo will be used on product website and in the app.

The NAPtitude is an application that allows the students of years 3, 5, 7 and 9 to prepare for NAPLAN test by giving practise NAPLAN Style Tests objective Q and A in the form of test papers.

NAPLAN is the National Assessment Program - Literacy and Numeracy. Held annually for students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9, it tests all students in all schools in reading, writing, spelling, grammar and punctuation, and numeracy.
Naptitude is made our of two word N for NAPLAN and Aptitude.

Our vision for this product is to be the number one Test app provider for objective style NAPLAN tests

Requirements

Must have

• - Use simple colours (caters for boy and girls both genders)
  - Simple outlines and sketches
  - must have symbol along with the name in the logo. (like Nestle's logo with birds image)
  - The logo must represent the feeling of progress, merit or achievement, or moving higher, excelling in exam kind of view
  - Must be high resolution and super sharp.
  - Must be square shape so that same can be used as the icon in the app store and in the app.

Nice to have

• - The symbol can have shapes of common items used by students such as objective style test paper, pencil
  - It can have symbol denoting subject (Numeracy and Literacy)
  - The word "N" can be in different colour NAptitude

Should not have

• No childish themes
  No fancy colours
  No cartoonish images
  No images of mobile phone or mobile app
