Wordpress Design Brief

I need a fully functional template .zip file that I can upload as a template to wordpress.

Single Page Real Estate Template with the functionality explained in the video attached. Single page design that scrolls down on the page when navigation is clicked. Includes 6 nav links:
Property Info, 3D Tour, Gallery, Floor Plans, Location, Contact.

Most content should be at 85% page width.

The site we are emulating is http://18berkeryplace.com/. Please view the video for more details. Do not want to copy exactly. Please keep background white and colors primarily white/red.Attached you will find my logo for the bottom of the site. Also a temporary logo for the top left of the site along with some photos to create a gallery with + floor plans for the floor plans section.
