My company Brooks Yard Service offers many lawn and yard services but I want this add to focus on one specific service we offer.
- Lawn Fertilizer and Weed Control -

This will be an add for our local newspaper, likely a 1/4 page

Our customers generally call us when their lawn is over run with weeds or is performing poorly. Most of the time we set them up with a program and we return to their property every 4 - 5 weeks for another application. 95% of our customers return the following year for the same program. If the customer wishes we will also do a one time application
