Web Design Brief
We need a web design for an existing company based in Dallas called "BearPaw".
We provide software and professional services to enterprise customers in the contact centre space. We have a global customer base but primarily US and UK.
Our initial products are as follows-
QueueView - an application that helps Genesys contact centre managers and administrators observe individual calls in queue.
BulkUp - an application that allows Genesys administrators to load large groups of extensions and associate them to places.
GroupE - an application that helps Genesys customers manage multilayers of agent and place groups into hiearchical and geographical groups of groups.
We would like to see designs that use the colors black, gray, and red as this matches with our new logo we have had designed from this web site and will have available in a few days.
The final design should communicate professionalism, innovation, software, large corporation, and telecommunications.
We're looking to provide features like-
1) Interactive Support Portal for customers
2) Product Descriptions
