Web Design Brief

I am looking for a good and beautiful website where users can be a able to download and upload musicial files and video file. Basically, there will be two categories. The first category for the music files( mp3, mva and other popular music files) while the second category will be for video files (mp4, wmv, divx and other files) users would be able to like and dislike a song/video. Users do not necessarily have to sign up for them to make you or download and upload files from the website. The website should be youthful.
