Logo Design Brief
We are a caucus of the Libertarian Party that promotes fundamentals of extreme liberty. The symbols commonly used in the LP include the statue of liberty, but also the idea of pointing "northward" on the political spectrum chart between left and right, and that idea of northward and liberty is what we were thinking. Gold and black and grey (and sometimes navy) are colours often used. Google Nolan Chart for the political spectrum chart. We have trademark permission from the owners of the Nolan Chart to use elements from it particularly the diamond shpare. Also google "libersign" for a historical arrow logo (though it used to point right rather than upwards). Other potential ideas would include anarcho-capitalist symbolism as the group are of that view.
