Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for my wedding and portrait photography business. My clientele are successful, educated middle- and upper-middle class couples and families who value high end and artisanal products. They love their families and spend on them. My old logo is simple traditional typography. (see file). This works well for my landscape images, but I need something more elegant for wedding and portrait clients. It should communicate classic beauty, and appeal to the moms and brides as much or more so than the dads and husband. Colors are soft tans, grays, taupes. (See file for sample of my current logo.)
