Wordpress Design Brief

I already have a Wordpress site, but not happy with the look and feel or the template I chose.
I want a site as a web presence only, I can configure base SEO myself, but most business is referrals not from a search, so low priority.

My current site is http://colltech.uk where you can see the sort of content I already have.

Must have

• Front Page Template
• Freephone number on front page.
• My Logo and the Agiloft logo on the front page
• Page template for Services, Solutions and Portfolio
• Contact Page
• Ability to embed links to Video clips hosted by a third party

Nice to have

• Each page could have a side bar with some common functions, like Request Demo.
• Second Contact Page specifically to Request Demonstrations of Agiloft Products, the demo contact page needs to capture some additional information in text boxes and also a check box list of features. The list of features needs to be easily configurable.
