Logo Design Brief

I am opening a new commercial real estate office in New Jersey. I am looking for a company logo/ corporate name identity. The company is Core Commercial Realty (the word CORE must be BIG). The logo/name has to be used on signs outside of large scale office / industrial buildings as well as letterhead, marketing pieces and business cards. This must be suitable for signs which are 2x3 feet or 4x4 feet or 4 x 6 feet. They must be prominent, eye catching and identifiable during the day and at night with car headlights. I would like to have 2 colours. Not all green, red/white/blue or red and black. I am attaching a sample of what I was heading towards.
