Postcard Design Brief

I am a realtor with RE/MAX Legacy Realty and have a team that helps me sell my real estate listings. This post card is going to be targeted toward a certain subdivision, The Mark, and I want the card to resonate with the owner so I have chosen to use a photo of the Mark. I will need to supply the designer with the wording. I need the wording on the front of the Postcard to say:

The Mark = In Demand.
Sell Your Mark Condo With The Hardest Working Team in Oxford!

I would like to write accolades as well under Mark's and My name. Mark is the one with darker hair.

Will there be room to write something on the back? Bullet Points?
